Thank you for your interest in Vendors on the Green!

Vendors on the Green is held on five Saturdays in spring, leading up to the opening day of the Pawling Farmer’s Market. There is room for 25 vendors lined up in front of the fence on the Pawling Green. Each vendor should have a set-up that is no larger than a 10 x 10 tent. If you use a tent, it should be weighted or staked, so that it doesn’t blow over the fence onto the nearby Metro-North tracks.

Vendors can start setting up at around 8 a.m.for the start of the event at 10 a.m. After you unload your vehicle in front of your spot on Charles Colman Blvd., please move it to the Hudson Valley Plastics parking lot down the street. Vendors pack up at 3 p.m.

The fee for vendors is $25 per event. The Pawling Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to reject vendor applications if all spots have been sold out or if the vendor’s goods directly compete with village merchants or restaurants. In the event that an application is rejected, the vendor fee will be refunded.
