Camino al Éxito is a non-profit organization founded by three Latina educators with an open heart to empower the underrepresented population in the community where they can feel a sense of membership, be free to explore and develop as independent leaders in the community. We seek to provide ongoing resources to the youth and their families in Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester County facing economic hardships and/or language barriers. The demographic makeup of this county is rapidly shifting and community members face language barriers and challenges in accessing resources to support their families. The educational, social and mental health progress of our younger community members is paramount.  Our youth and their families need quality mentoring opportunities and equal opportunity to access community resources. With your support, we aim to expand our service offerings to include mentorship and leadership experiences for all.
