My name is Tara Khorosh, Registered Nurse, certified injector and owner of The Center of Youth in Pawling, NY. Plastic surgeon, Dr. Mrudangi Thakur, my medical director, has mentored me in my journey to becoming the experienced injector that I am today.  I welcome you to my private and personal location in Pawling, NY where I provide a personal touch with each individual client that sits in my chair. When having treatment with me, you will have a full understanding of the different products that I have to offer such as Dysport, Xeomin and Botox. Additionally I offer Vitamin injections as well as IV Vitamin infusions and so much more.
