Over the past year, we have continued to steadily grow, and we owe it to Pawling’s amazing community support and our dedicated team. On opening weekend a year ago, we had a simple menu, consisting of muffins, scones, cookies and our now famous, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Since that day, we have expanded our menu to include a wide range of delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Our sourdough bread is baked fresh daily and we have many varieties to choose from; including our signature sourdough, as well as, garlic, cheddar chive jalapeno, cinnamon raisin and sesame. Our bakers also handcraft muffins, scones, and cookies, including our newest and most popular scone, the Cherry Almond. We recently launched our online store (dancingbearcafe.com) offering a convenient way for customers to order bread and merchandise, and have it shipped anywhere in the country.

Every Friday we host “Trivia Nights” which is a fun opportunity to bring friends and family together, and inspire a little healthy competition.  Every Saturday night we have live music and dinner, featuring local musicians such as Jamie Cairney, Widow Jane, and many more. Our chefs update our menu often to strengthen some favorites and add a few new items! Our menus can be found on our website, along with links to place online food orders.

Our Barista’s have also been busy creating, with their latest addition, Bubble Tea, just in time for summer. Our cold brew is also a local favorite. Try it plain, or, get our specialty, the Salted Caramel Cold Brew with Caramel Cold Foam!
